Service Terms
This is the full terms for which any service bookable are offered under.

Payment is due before any consultation service is carried out.
Design consultations including for garments, furnishings or any custom project from scratch:
Designs remain the property of Cherish Boutique and may be repurposed for other customers whose requests fit the designs. The completed design can be emailed to you and you may take the design to another seamstress providing you do not remove any brand markings such as watermarks.
If another seamstress completes an item using a Cherish Boutique design, they may only share their work, for example on social media or advertising, providing it is clearly marked as a Cherish Boutique design.
Designs commissioned within 7 days from receipt of quote will have the design consultation fee carried over as part payment. The date and amount will be indicated on your invoice. Commissions after 7 days will be payable in full. Construction of items will not begin until a minimum of half the invoice has been received.

Alteration consultations including fixing and fitting of items:
Alterations commissioned within 3 days from receipt of quote will have the alteration consultation fee carried over as part payment. The date and amount will be indicated on your invoice. In the event the alteration quote is less than the consultation fee, the work will be carried out without further charge.
Commissions after 3 days will be payable in full without the consultation fee coming off the total. Work will not commence until the full invoice has been received.

After receipt of the finished item, in the event you are unhappy with the work carried out please get in contact to discuss. By agreeing for work to commence you agree in the event of an issue with your service, Cherish Boutique will take back the work and fix the error in the first instance. Partial refunds are only available if Cherish Boutique has had the opportunity to fix the issue first.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact no later than 72 hours before appointment time.
Cancellations before the 72 hrs prior to service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hrs of the service time may be refunded at the sole discretion of Cherish Boutique or anyone working on their behalf.
Repeated cancellations may lead to a block on your account stopping you booking future appointments.

Rescheduling within the 72hr of the appointment may result in an amendment fee at the discretion of Cherish Boutique or anyone working on behalf of Cherish Boutique.
While social distancing measures are in place, being told to isolate or quarantine will allow you to reschedule within the 72 hours of the appointment at no cost to yourself.​
